All products are handmade to order so we do not offer refunds on any of our products.

What if I made a typo/error on my personalization?

It is very important that when we send your proof you review it for any errors or typos. Due to the nature of personalized signs, we do not offer refund based on a typo made by a customer. It is very important you review your proof carefully.

What if my sign comes damaged?

For any damage that was caused by shipping we will work on a full replacement. We do request pictures of the damage for our claims process. We will not start the replacement until we receive detailed photos of the damaged sign. No changes to the design, style or size can be made.
