Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
Yes, but please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered, but will do our best to correct the issue.
Will I receive a proof of the design before it ships?
Yes, if personalization is required on the sign, we will send you a proof via messaging/email to review and approve. Please keep an eye out for your proof as we won't start production until we reach you.
Can my sign be produced faster?

What if I made a typo/error on my personalization?
It is very important that when we send your proof you review it for any errors or typos. Due to the nature of personalized signs, we do not offer refunds based on a typo made by a customer. It is very important you review your proof carefully.
What if my sign comes damaged?
For any damage that was caused by shipping we will work on a full replacement. We do request pictures of the damage for our claims process. We will not start the replacement until we receive detailed photos of the damaged sign.
